The Worship & Arts Ministry
The Worship & Arts Ministry of The Purple Church leads the ministry in worship endeavors. This is comprised of the dance, mime, singing, and creative arts. Through these components, worship is experienced in a way to meet the spiritual needs of the individual.
The Praise Team leads the congregation in to singing songs of praise that ministers to the everyday lives of the people. Through this act of worship, individuals are inspired, motivated, and encouraged by the melodies ministered in the atmosphere. The team practices weekly to ensure the relevance and excellency in rendering the ministry of song.
Tribe of Judah is the dance ministry of The Purple Church. Dance symbolizes the freedom and movements of God in body. In this act of worship, individuals are inspired and encouraged to join in the freedom of movement. The dance ministry practices weekly to ensure the choreographed and spontaneous movements will minister nonverbally to inspire the congregation to worship freely in this expression to God.
Warriors of Worship is the mime ministry of The Purple Church. Through ministry of mime the expression of worship is ministered through dramatized interpretation of song through movement. Through this ministry, the mime ministry leads the congregation in feeling, hearing, and seeing God through dramatic expressions that sometimes may not be easily verbalized.
